The design philosophy is that of peaceful estate living within the Sandton effervescent energy. In order to expose itself as much as possible to the surrounding views, the building has a gentle curve, providing side views as well as the North views to the apartments.

The Regent is located on a very elongated site facing full North on the outskirts of the high density zone in Sandton situated on the highest point in the area with never-ending views.

The building is accessed through a new roundabout created on the intersection of West Road South and Hill Road.

Guests are welcomed at the guardhouse and proceed to the generous porte cochere in front of the main entrance, and are received in the reception where they are announced to the Resident before being given access to one of the appropriate individual lifts.

The Regent has support services similar to those offered by top of the range hotels: a receptionist concierge who will assist with personal needs; a coffee shop and deli where Residents can enjoy a light meal. Other special features include: meeting rooms, a cigar lounge with library, and a business centre provided for exclusive use of Residents and their guests.
